Osteoarthritis of Knee:
This patient has severe painful Osteoarthritis of Knee with valgus deformity (Knock Knee Deformity). (Fig 1) The deformity was corrected at surgery with total knee replacement. (fig 2) The patients had complete relief from pain ad his walking capacity improved upto two miles.
 
 
Hip Dysplacia:
This patient is dislocated and deformed hips from birth. During middle age the patient developed severe hip pain due to arthritis. (fig 3) The oly solution was replacing the hips with artificial need proper planning of operation and extensive experience in doing these cases (fig 4) Replacing both hips gave patient normal walking ability and total relief from pain. (Fig 5)
   
 
Revision Hip Replacement Surgery:
Patient had right artificial hip replacement done twelve years ago. The wear of plastic Surface caused hip to become loose and painful. (Fig 6) this was corrected by changing the old joint into new hip joint (Revision THR) (fig 7) Patient had complete
pain relief.
   
 
Ankylosing Spondylitis:
Patients with this disabling condition have fused joints in back and hips. They cannot stand, walk or even sit in chair normally. (Fig 8 and 9)

Both hip joints of such patient were replaced. This allowed patient to have more normal ability of standing, walking and sitting in chair. (Fig 10 and 11)
