This 55 year old gentleman had severely deformed knees for  5-6 years.

He was walking with the bend deformity since childhood. Now he couldn’t walk without support due to severe pain in the knees.

Xrays showed severely deformed bones and severe destruction of the joint cartilage.

We did his bilateral operations as a staged procedure with a special technique. we could get his knee back to good alignment.

The patient was started with Knee movements on the night of surgery and started walking the very next day, Over the next couple of days, he was trained further. He started walking, sitting in chair /commode, Stair climbing before going home.
