Hip replacement & length correction in childhood deformity with short leg.

30 year old lady had deformed right hip since childhood. She was walking with limp and her right leg was shorter than the left side due to the deformity. She was not confident about herself and was reluctant for even marriage.

Xray showed Dysplastic Hip in Advanced stage and radiological shortening in the right side.

She had Right Hip replacement done at laud Clinic. After surgery, she regained movement in her Hips and her length was equalised to that of the left leg. Now she walks with confidence comfortably without any limping.

Now after 5 years of surgery she is happily married, underwent normal childbirth and now has a 2 year old kid & goes to market and temple on a daily basis.
